Applicability scope
JE-HH FE180/E30 …LG, JE-HH FE180/E90 …LG, JE-HH FE180/E30 …BD, JE-HH FE180/E90 …BD cables are analogous to JE-H(St)H FE180/E30 …LG (BD) and JE-H(St)H FE180/E90 …LG(BD) shielded cables. They are also intended for stationary installation inside premises and buildings and are used to transmit low-power electrical signals in signaling, communication and telecommunication systems, at facilities with increased fire safety requirements, for operation at alternating voltages of up to 300 V.
They are used as a control or connection cable for the data transmission, in industrial control-measuring equipment, office devices, fire alarm systems and intercom systems.
Due to the special design, the cables do not spread combustion and have a low level of smoke emission, and the absence of halogens and, accordingly, low toxic combustion products, allow the use of cables of this brand in social institutions: schools, hospitals, shopping and entertainment complexes, the subway, as well as in residential buildings. In the event of a fire, such cables ensure the operability of the equipment for a certain period of time and allow a complete evacuation of people.
Cables marked E30: JE-HH FE180/E30 …LG (BD) remain operational under fire for 30 minutes, and products marked E90: JE-HH FE180/E90 …LG (BD) can function 90 minutes in case of fire.
Design
The JE-HH FE180/E30 …LG, JE-HH FE180/E90 …LG, JE-HH FE180/E30 …BD, JE-HH FE180/E90 …BD are designed using round copper single-wire conductors. Insulated conductors are twisted together. The LG marking indicates a pair type of stranding of conductors, and the letters BD indicate bundled cables. The number of pairs (bundles) varies from 1 to 32, and the diameter of the conductors is from 0.4 to 1.78 mm.
Insulation of JE-HH FE180/E30 …LG (BD), JE-HH FE180/E90 …LG (BD) is made of ceramic-forming silicone rubber, which emits a minimum amount of substances harmful to humans when exposed to fire. The cable sheath is made of a halogen-free composition, which ensures a significant reduction in the level of gas and smoke emission and the safety of cables for the environment.

Operation
JE-HH FE180/E30 …LG, JE-HH FE180/E90 …LG, JE-HH FE180/E30 …BD, JE-HH FE180/E90 …BD cables are designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -30°C to +50°С and maximum air humidity 98% at temperatures of up to +35°С.
Laying without preheating is allowed at a temperature not lower than -15°C.
The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 15 outer diameters.
The service life of the cables is 15 years. The guaranteed service life is 6 months.
