(N)HXH FE180\/E30, (N)HXH FE180\/E90 <\/span><\/strong>are cables with copper conductors, ceramic-forming silicone rubber insulation, armor made of galvanized steel strips and a protective hose made of a halogen-free composition with low gas and smoke emission.<\/p>\n

Applicability scope<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Fire-resistant halogen-free armored cables (N)HXBH FE180\/E30, (N)HXBH FE180\/E90 of increased safety are designed for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations, for connection to stationary electrical appliances, apparatuses, assemblies of electrical switchgear for electrical networks with a nominal alternating voltage of up to 0.6\/1 kV.<\/p>\n

They are used for laying in rooms, tunnels and cable structures when it is necessary to protect the cable from mechanical damage, without significant tensile forces.<\/p>\n

They are used at facilities where, in the event of a fire, it is necessary for a certain time to ensure the safety of people and the functioning of electrical installations, to preserve the integrity of security systems and fire alarms, for example, at airports, train stations, metro, medical centers, educational institutions, hotels, industrial installations, as well as in places of increased fire hazard. The cables provide the functioning of lighting systems, ventilation, the operation of elevators and other equipment necessary for carrying out rescue operations in case of fire and are also used in the installation of fire extinguishing pumping stations.<\/p>\n

They are used both for single and in bundles laying. Under the influence of fire, they emit a minimum amount of toxic and corrosive gases.

Design<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(N)HXBH FE180\/E30, (N)HXBH FE180\/E90 are designed using round copper conductors, single-wire or multi-wire of 1, 2 or 5 flexibility class. The insulation is made of ceramic-forming silicone rubber, the armor is made of galvanized steel strips, and the protective hose is made of a halogen-free composition with low gas and smoke emission.<\/p>\n

Cables retain their insulating properties when exposed to open fire for 180 minutes, and also remain fully functional and do not support combustion 30 minutes (for (N)HXBH FE180\/E30) and 90 minutes (for (N)HXBH FE180\/E90).<\/p>\n

Operation<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Cables (N)HXBH FE180\/E30, (N)HXBH FE180\/E90 are intended for operation at ambient temperatures from -50\u00b0C to +50\u00b0C and a maximum air humidity of 98% at a temperature of + 35\u00b0C, including for outdoor laying provided that the cables are protected from direct sunlight.<\/p>\n

Installation of cables without preheating is allowed at a temperature not lower than -15\u00b0\u0421.<\/p>\n

The minimum bending radius during installation should be at least 10 outer diameters of a single-conductor cable and 7.5 outer diameters of a multi-conductors cable.<\/p>\n

Long-term permissible heating of conductor cores during operation should not exceed + 90\u00b0\u0421, in an emergency mode +130\u00b0\u0421, and in case of a short circuit +250\u00b0\u0421.<\/p>\n

The service life of the cables is 30 years. The guaranteed service life is 3 years.<\/p>\n
